*For orders that shipped free, this is calculated based on our current Standard Shipping Rates. For orders that Standard or Express, this is calculated based on the amount you paid for shipping at the time of order placement.
If any part of the products in your order were damaged during transit or appear faulty (i.e. damaged seal, opened box, etc.), please contact us at contact@helloplayground.com or by contacting chat support from our website within 7 calendar days of receiving the product for a replacement.
*It is up to the discretion of Playground to accept returns of unopened and damaged products after the 7 day window.
While we do our best accommodate our customers, we cannot offer refunds for the following reasons:
1. Orders that are non-deliverable due to incorrect delivery address or missing address information entered at checkout (please ensure that you have entered all correct shipping information before checking out!)
2. Packages marked as delivered that are presumed lost or stolen (please make sure your delivery address is a safe location to receive packages!)
3. Products not purchased directly from helloplayground.com (i.e. retail location or other website). Please get in touch directly with the retailer or online store that you originally purchased from.
4. Packages that are returned to sender due to exceeding their pickup window (i.e. PO boxes and access locations)
